It’s my second one and I love it. Don’t need it for a diaper bag but it’s the perfect size for momming and my work as a tour leader. It goes from elegant to casual easily, is durable and has all the necessary pockets. Only improvement would be the working mom version—sub out the bottle pockets for a padded laptop pocket!

The bag is great but the zipper for the pocket in the back does not open smoothly and gets jammed and we haven’t even used it yet. Too bad we waited a while to start packing it and now can’t return it. Baby isn’t due till November so it’s been in the closet this whole time. Such a pricey product and one of the zippers isn’t made well.

I got the RYLA because I wanted to downsize from the HONEST CITY BACKPACK & now that I have and 1 year old I started to carry less. Now that I have the RYLA Backpack I’m noticing it might be too SMALL its really tight and snug . If your one of moms that likes to over pack this backpack is NOT for you . This backpack needs to be bigger. It has good places to put your bottles but not enough space to put baby clothes, receiving blankets with the RYLA your have to pack SMART. Hope this HELPS.

This is such a beautiful bag! Unfortunately it was not for me. The hardware on the backpack straps hit me right on my arm and it hurt even after wearing for a minute with nothing inside the bag. Also, I all I’ve insulated pockets but these pockets had absolutely no stretch and took me both hands and lots of muscle just to fit my child’s sippy cup. Also, I use it was a bit smaller but that’s not a deal breaker for me just personal preference. Also the grab handle is a little weird when on your back. The thing that made me return it was the hardware was uncomfortable and the insulated pockets. I also feel like the strap will slide and make the bag fall down and the bag already sits pretty low (I am 5”2) . The pros is that one it’s gorgeous and high quality. I do not think that the vegan leather will come off and the zippers are smooth as butter! It is very spaces with good size pockets as well. All in all, it’s up to you and what you like.

I truly thought the bag was beautiful! But I was really upset to see the zíper was broken the first time I ever used it. I paid a good amount for this bag and for it to be broken was upsetting. I was able to send it somewhere to be fixed but was still upset.

The bag was beautiful, albeit a little small. I ended up returning it because the shoulder straps were so short I couldnt get my arms in it. I was so bummed. Lots of pockets and looks like it would have held up well. But it definitely didnt fit this plus size woman.

The material was very scratchy, like nails on a chalk board. My go to diaper bag is the Axis backpack by petunia pickle bottom in Blush. If you could make a diaper bag with your amazing style and their soft buttery materials I would be a customer forever! Pay extra attention to having a smooth interior material because I reach into my bag a million times a day and need it to be a pleasant experience!

I love that the bag is so lightweight on its own. Once I added my stuff it didn’t feel heavy. The outside quality of the bag is great. The inside is too compact and small. I bought the ryla organizers but once I fill them up they took up too much space in the bag. So I don’t use them. There are two things that I feel should be improved, the size of the bag. When you put bottles in the bottle pocket you can’t use the pocket in the back because it gets pretty tight. The zippers let in water, today It raining pretty bad in NYC and in just the time I ran to my cab. The inside of the bag and everything inside was completely wet. I really wish I didn’t have those problem I want to completely love this bag.

I love my Ryla Pack! The material is so soft and it wipes clean! Wow! I also love that it can store everything that I need. It's the perfect size, some diaper bags are just big black holes and I loose everything, but this bag seems to be the perfect size with all of the pockets and organization that I need .
The bag even comes with the cutest inserts that tell you what can be stored in each pocket. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone. I have currently grown out of the diaper bag stage, so this bag is my personal bag and I love that it doesn't look like a diaper bag.

I never received my order. I’ve emailed seller several times with no answer back. I even got a letter from the United Postal service verifying that I didn’t receive this item. I emailed a copy of letter and still no response from seller. So beware of ordering products!

I wanted to love this bag. I’m a minimalist and this sounded like the bag for me! Honestly I can’t fit anything in it. The tablet slot is fine but who gives their kids an iPad without a case? Mine can’t even fit. The wipes compartment doesn’t fit a wipe container nor a wipe package so that’s pointless. I literally carry one outfit, a bottle, burp cloth, bib, the diaper changing package and my wallet. The bag doesn’t open that much so getting to the bottom is tough. I wanted to LOVE this bag, I even said I loved in thinking I’d learn to. I just can’t, not functional. If I could return it I would, hugely disappointed. Super unfortunate, I will not recommend Ryla

I have thus far enjoyed this bag more than others I have had. The zipper is A+ and the bag itself has held up pretty well except for the top handle. It’s a little disappointing considering I have had this bag now about 10 months and for at least three of those months I used a different bag entirely bc of a newborn and toddler and taking trips. Now concerned the handle is going to continue to break down rapidly.

I really like this bag overall and have been using it everyday since my son was born at the end of August. However, recently the leather binding on the top handle is starting to fall off. We rarely grab the bag by the top handle are are surprised to see it fall apart already. I would not expect to see this already in a bag in this price range. Very disappointed in this lack of quality. Hoping the rest of the bag doesn’t start to fall.

LOVE the bag. The inside bottle pockets are a little tight but as it is brand new, it will stretch out. The bag is great for a baby and toddler needs. My only reason for not giving full stars is the cost. The bag is expensive to begin with, but as I am in Canada, the exchange plus the shipping and duty fees bring the cost of this bag closer to $300 range which is A LOT for this bag. Wish the cost was cheaper.

The backpack is very comfortable. No more thin straps digging into my shoulders. One small thing that bothers me is the backpack straps slide. I like to carry my backpack somewhat high on my back but the metal doesn’t tighten well enough to hold the straps in place letting the backpack sag down my back.

I had one of the original Vauva backpacks from this company that I LOVED. But I made the mistake of leaving a poopy onesie in it for too long and I couldn’t get the stench out. So I decided to just get a new one. I miss the color of my old bag (it was a nice light tan-ish) and the feel of that leather. It seemed to be a little more flexible and I felt like the bag held more. But I do love this bag! I love that it doesn’t look like a diaper bag and that it has so many pockets and fits nicely. It’s the only diaper bag I’ll ever use. I’ve tried many high end boutique bags and this is the best by far.

Hi. I’m a bit disappointed in the quality of my bag. Within the first two weeks the rubber on the seam of the top handle (that I don’t even really use) started to peel off. Additionally, the elastic on one of the outside pockets has partly ripped/snapped and the should straps never stay to the length I set them to (constantly extend so my bag hangs much lower on my back than I would like and I’m constantly readjusting). A bit of a bummer to say the least.

Beautiful quality but I had to return. Even with the straps on the smallest size, the backpack would just hang away from my back. Also the bottle pockets inside are so stiff. If not using them, they take up space. The vegan leather felt amazing and the bag was well thought out, but just didnt fit my frame. A small bag but straps too big.

This is my first time using my bag after it arrived 2 weeks ago. I have 2 grand babies and this was perfect for a day at the park/pool yesterday. I will be using it as a travel bag rather than a diaper bag. My 11” iPad Pro wont fit in the back zipper pocket with its case, which is a bummer. Other than that it’s exactly as expected. I didn’t want a giant backpack but the small Tumi’s are ridiculously small and this size is great. Good organization compartments and surprisingly comfortable to wear!

I like the bag but all the pockets are rather tight that I just end up putting the sippy cup in with the est of the stuff. I understand that it is minimalistic but the changing pad bag either takes up a lot of space in the main pocket or barely fits in the back zipper.
I wish the overall bag came just s little bit bigger so I could fit the essentials a little easier- wipes, extra clothes and my wallet which does not fit in the mom pocket. Also the adjustable straps do not stay in place. I have to readjust often so the bag fits the way I like it.
Other than that I think the quality is great, it holds its shape well and doesn’t look like its sustaining the damage that I know that’s being inflicted on it. I really would like it to be a bit bigger.

I love my Ryla bag. My kiddos are in elementary school now so I use it as a regular purse. I like how well I can organize it with the organizing pouches and I do not have to empty out the whole bag to get to my medicine, wallet or make up. I am using this as a travel backpack & am liking it, except for the fact that my large iPad does not fit in the intended pocket. It is only meant for smaller iPads. Very disappointed with that, otherwise it fits under an airplane seat fine i don’t need the changing pad that was included.

I love my new Ryla! I had the older version with the round larger grab handle but it was peeling too much and they exchanged it for the new one with the new and improved grab handle and I must say I prefer this one over the older one. When the first bag came in the zipper was broken. Then Ana exchanged it for me ( it cost me from my own pocket $48 AUD to send it back) then the second one came in and the strap from the top had a tear. The third just came in today and it fine. Thank god.

Bag looks great, size is as expected. Very chic and modern. Only concern is that the leather folds/looks ripped on the straps of the bag. Only wore it once and started to notice the strap leather is coming a part. I am a little worried as how long this bag will last. Otherwise, I like it a lot.

I had been looking for a new slightly smaller diaperbag backpack for every day use. Everything I was finding felt way too big. I saw someone with this bag and had to have it. It is clearly designed by someone who has actually used a diaper bag! There are easy access pockets, space near the back for a wallet and just enough (and the right sized) organizational pockets on the inside. Also to my delighted surprise, I can still cram lots of things in there for an entire day out. Time will tell as to durability but at this point I highly recommend!!

My first one arrived damaged with a crease in it. Thankfully I was sent another one. However the second one I received was used (urine on change pad, crackers and crumbs in it, scuffs on gold feet). I am disappointed that the second one had to be returned as well. So...as pretty as the bag is, I am moving on to something else.
