Returns:
We hope you're completely satisfied with your Ryla purchase - but if your order isn't the right fit for you, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return!
We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges and returns. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Refunds:
If you have returned your order and have tracking confirmation that it has been delivered, your refund should be processed within a week. You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that it may take 5-10 business days for you to see your refund reflected on your account.
If you have received confirmation that your dock has been returned and haven't received an email confirming your refund please email us at contact@rylapack.com.
Shipping:
Orders over $50 within the continental U.S. ship for free!
Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout.
We do not offer free exchanges or free returns - customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges and returns.
International Shipping:
While we are able to ship orders internationally, we do not offer free shipping, exchanges, or returns on international orders.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Customers are responsible for all duties and fees associated with the purchase.
Product Care:
The Ryla Ready Diaper Bag and Pouch Organizers are easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent! We recommend cleaning your items in the washing machine only as a last resort.
